Privacy notice

This notice explains how Air Logic Pro handles personal data when a contractor uses the workspace. It is written by us as the software provider and does not constitute legal advice to your business.

Data we process

Account data (name, email, phone, job title, role), workspace content entered by your team (customers, site contacts, jobs, notes, photos, signatures, service records, quotes and invoices), and basic technical logs needed to run the service.

Roles

For your workspace content you are the data controller and Air Logic Pro acts as processor. For your own account and billing details we act as controller.

Retention and deletion

Workspace data is retained while the account is active. Owners can export their data and request closure from Company settings; we action closure requests manually during the pilot.

Your rights

Individuals can request access, correction or erasure of their personal data by contacting privacy@airlogic.pro, or by contacting the contractor operating the workspace.
